Limited Warranty Information

ALASKAN KING SLEEP MATTRESSES

Warranty Term Luxe Alaskan King Mattress. Our Luxe Alaskan King Mattress is covered by a lifetime limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the Alaskan King Sleep Mattress. If your Alaskan King Sleep Mattress is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired with the same or a comparable model by Brooklyn Bedding, LLC d/b/a Alaskan King Sleep.

- For the first 2 years of the Lifetime non-prorated warranty, Alaskan King Sleep will repair or replace your mattress with a brand new one at absolutely no charge to you if deemed defective.

- In years 3-10, Alaskan King Sleep will completely repair or replace your Alaskan King Sleep mattress if deemed defective. The only charge to you will be transportation costs of $199 each way. Absolutely no other charges.

- In years 11-25, the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price for a replacement if deemed defective.

- In years 25 and beyond, the original owner will pay the prorated replacement charge of sixty (60) percent of the original purchase price for a replacement if deemed defective.

If an Alaskan King Sleep Mattress cover is deemed defective due to faults in material or craftsmanship within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase, Alaskan King Sleep may choose to repair or replace the cover and not the mattress. If the cover is replaced, it will be with the current design, which may be a different material, color, or style than the original cover purchased. The mattress cover is not warranted after one (1) year.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for a Luxe Alaskan King Mattress sold by Alaskan King Sleep. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Alaskan King Sleep Mattress.

Requirements to Return Under the Limited Warranty. Only Alaskan King Sleep Mattresses which meet the following requirements will be replaced or repaired under the Limited Warranty:

The Alaskan King Sleep Mattress – if used correctly on a supportive and proper foundation/base which is substantial enough to support the mattress and its users. Certain body impressions and adaptations take place as your mattress adjusts to your body. This is normal and expected. Any deterioration defined by visible indentations of more than one inch (1.0”) would be covered by the warranty;

The Luxe Alaskan King Mattress has a weight tolerance of 850 pounds. Exceeding this weight limit will void the warranty.

The Alaskan King Sleep Mattress must not show any physical damage to the foam caused by craftsmanship of the mattress inconsistent with normal deterioration.

Law labels must be in place. Removal of law labels will void the warranty

Cover must be on the mattress. Using the mattress without the cover will void the warranty. Cover must not show damage including seams and zippers

Items that are Not Covered. The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage for failure to follow setup instructions included with the mattress

Damage for failure to use a proper bed frame, including, but not limited to, damage caused by an improper foundation

A normal increase in softness of the foam which is normal and does not affect the pressure-relieving quality of the mattress

Indentions in the foam less than one inch (1.0”)

Comfort preference over time

Individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities

Physical abuse or damage to the Alaskan King Sleep and/or cover material, including, but not limited to tears, stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, folds, footprints, burns, cuts, signs of jumping on the bed, rodents, insect damage or other infestation, damage from fluids or damage from weather/sun exposure

Repair and/or replacement of the seams, zipper assembly, or mattress cover

Faults in cosmetic appearance on the cover such as wrinkles, loose threads, normal wear and tear and naturally occurring blemishes on the cover. Such minor imperfections do not prevent ordinary use and enjoyment of the Product and do not qualify for warranty.

Improper storage or cleaning of product

When using the Alaskan King Sleep products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.

Damage due to environmental issues such as/but not limited to humid climates and/or areas where the mattress is exploded to excessive water or humidity

Mattresses that were not removed from box within 30 days of receipt

Complementary products provided to customers, reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty

Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases an Alaskan King Sleep Mattress from an authorized reseller or through the Site. The Limited Warranty does not cover any purchases of Alaskan King Sleep Mattresses from unauthorized resellers and/or any Alaskan King Sleep Mattress that is sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Alaskan King Sleep Mattress is not “new” or of “first quality”. Any purchases of an Alaskan King Sleep Mattress from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty.

Product Replacement Terms. Except as otherwise provided herein, Alaskan King Sleep will not charge you to repair or replace your Alaskan King Sleep Mattress if it is covered under the Limited Warranty except for a $199 each way shipping fee. Alaskan King Sleep must arrange the shipping, and the mattress must be deemed to be covered under warranty.

If the mattress is considered not to be covered under warranty, the original purchaser will be responsible for all shipping costs. Alaskan King Sleep must in all circumstances arrange the shipping.

Warranty on Replacement Products. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Alaskan King Sleep only runs from the date of purchase of the original Alaskan King Sleep Mattress. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Alaskan King Sleep Mattresses.

LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF ALASKAN KING SLEEP AS STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS WERE MADE TO YOU OR RELIED UPON BY PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY AND FUNCTION OF THE ALASKAN KING SLEEP MATTRESSES SOLD BY ALASKAN KING SLEEP.

ALASKAN KING BED FRAME

Limited one (1) year warranty.

Warranty Term Alaskan King Bed Frame. The Alaskan King Bed Frame is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) for the original purchaser of the base. If your Alaskan King Sleep base is found to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired by Alaskan King Sleep.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for an Alaskan King Bed Frame sold by Alaskan King Sleep. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Alaskan King Bed Frame.

Full 1-year warranty:

The Alaskan King Bed Frame is warranted against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. During the first year, Alaskan King Sleep will repair or replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any defective part. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found to be stained, soiled, in unsanitary conditions or when product failure is due to cause of misuse or abuse. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

The limited warranty does not apply under the following conditions and circumstances:

• When product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.

• If this product is used for commercial purposes.

Additional terms and conditions: The warranty does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, installation, setup, loss of use, shipping, or any other costs or expenses not expressly covered in this warranty. This warranty does not apply: Some states do not allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply. This warranty gives the purchaser specific legal rights. The purchaser may have other rights, which may vary from state to state. This warranty is valid in the 48 continuous states.

Original Purchaser. The Limited Warranty is only available to the original purchaser who purchases an Alaskan King Bed Frame from an authorized reseller or through the Site. The Limited Warranty does not cover any purchases of Alaskan King Sleep bases from unauthorized resellers and/or any Alaskan King Sleep base that is sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the Alaskan King Sleep base is not “new” or of “first quality”. Any purchases of an Alaskan King Sleep base from an original purchaser will not be covered under the Limited Warranty Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Alaskan King Sleep base. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Alaskan King Bed Frame only runs from the date of purchase of the original Alaskan King Bed Frame and will expire 1 year from the date of the original purchase.

LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY. THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN AND THE OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES OF ALASKAN KING SLEEP AS STATED HEREIN ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO OTHER REPRESENTATIONS WERE MADE TO YOU OR RELIED UPON BY PURCHASER WITH RESPECT TO THE QUALITY AND FUNCTION OF THE ALASKAN KING BED FRAME SOLD BY ALASKAN KING SLEEP.

ADJUSTABLE SHREDDED FOAM PILLOW

Your new Alaskan King Sleep pillow is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty.

Warranty Term Adjustable Shredded Foam Pillow. Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Non-Transferable. The Limited Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and only for an Alaskan King Sleep pillow sold by Alaskan King Sleep. The Limited Warranty is non-transferable and not valid for any additional owners of the Alaskan King Sleep pillow.

The limited pillow warranty does not cover:

Normal increases in softening or flattening of materials or any other normal wear and tear such as but not limited to blemishes on the cover and wrinkles of the cover.

Change in comfort preference

Physical abuse or damage to the Alaskan King Sleep pillow and/or cover material, including, but not limited to, burns, cuts, infestation, mold, mildew, damped, liquid damage, soiling, stains, and/or tears; and/or

Repair and/or replacement of the seams, zipper assembly, or cover

When using the Alaskan King Sleep products for any commercial use such as rental properties, hotels, schools, AirBnb, Bed & Breakfast, etc.

Complementary products provided to customers, reviewers, content creators or otherwise are not eligible for warranty

Warranty on Replacement Products. No new Limited Warranty is provided on any replacement Alaskan King Sleep pillow. The Limited Warranty for the replacement Alaskan King Sleep pillow only runs from the date of purchase of the original Alaskan King Sleep pillow and will expire two (2) years from the date of the original purchase.
